I recently had an eye appointment at Integrity Eye Care after being referred there by the VA, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an eye care facility. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience.

What really stood out to me was the level of personal attention and care everyone provided. The staff took the time to ask detailed questions about my current glasses, what I liked, what I disliked, and what I was hoping to get out of a new pair. They patiently answered every question I had (and I had quite a few!) without ever making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.

I was especially impressed by how thorough and personalized the entire process was. They genuinely listened to my preferences and made every effort to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. It wasn't simply about getting an eye exam or picking out a pair of glasses; it was about making sure I walked away with something I would truly be happy with.

I've had plenty of eye exams over the years, but I've never experienced this level of customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care. Integrity Eye absolutely sets the bar high for what a customer experience should be.

I am extremely grateful to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Integrity Eye to anyone looking for an eye care provider that truly puts its patients first. I will absolutely be returning!

Everyone at this practice is top notch. I've been coming here for around 5-6 years and have always been pleased with my care. Dr. Garrett is professional but warm, and he addressed and explained all of my concerns and conditions. I really appreciate that this practice makes the latest technology available, including the option to evaluate the health of the eyes without dilation. Even though insurance doesn't cover it, it's worth the $29 out-of-pocket to me to do this. Jim, the optician who's most often assisted me, remembers even small details, even though he sees me only once a year. There's a wide variety of stylish frames available, including for kids, and lenses are also offered in a variety of materials, which is wonderful when you have a heavier prescription. I highly recommend Integrity Eye!
Update 10/15/26:
I underwent IPL treatment for chronic dry eye disease yesterday, and Dr. Garrett and his assistant treated me with care. Even though the procedure doesn't take very long, Dr. Garrett ensured my comfort throughout. Everyone in this practice is very caring.

I was so impressed with the excellent service I received at Integrity Eye Care yesterday. I chose Integrity Eye because I’m new to the area, and this location is close to my home.  Over the past several months I’ve been experiencing troublesome vision changes, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wilhoite. What a lovely person. She thoroughly examined my eyes then discussed my treatment options. We decided on contact lenses, so she fitted me for contacts and I am now able to see properly once again! I have been a patient of Dr. Garrett for over 6 years and could not imagine going elsewhere for my eye care needs. He is thorough, responsive, and attentive to my needs. When I first started seeing Dr. G., my prescription was a lot higher than it is now. Over the years, he’s been able to tweak some changes and allow my vision to actually improve.

Anytime I have a new prescription or change to my brand of contacts, he encourages me to try them out and see how they are until I’m 100% comfortable. I feel respected because my plan of care is individualized to my needs and not just a generic patient plan.

This was my first time at the eye doctor and i was extremely nervous. But it was such a great experience and i am so happy i went! Dr. Garrett is great!

I am editing my review even though years later, nothing has change with my thoughts on integrity. Dr. Garrett is absolutely awesome and I met his tech, Mila. Once again, nervous at my appt, Mila did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable, she is highly educated, and them as a team - changed my entire experience yesterday!
